ENVISION INITIATIVE ACADEMY LAUNCHING SOON!


Get ready for Envision Initiative Academy™️ – a training series that elevates leadership skills of business owners, managers, and HR professionals to build impactful and inspiring workplaces. Our first module, "EI Academy for Managers", will be released in Q1 of 2024.


Through practical videos and expert insights, managers will learn to hire and onboard the best candidates; build high-performing, productive, and engaged teams; navigate wage & hour compliance; and empower employees to show up as their whole selves with diversity & inclusion initiatives.

January 24-26, 2024: We're hosting a sponsor booth at the 43rd Annual Agricultural Personnel Management Association (APMA) Forum at the Monterey Plaza Hotel. If you're attending the forum, please swing by to chat with our team, discover our new offerings, and learn how to elevate your HR practices.



March 2024: We're excited to announce the theme of our next workshop in March – "Ethics in the Workplace". Our program will include:


  • Recognizing and preventing fraud with guest presenter John Hubanks (Monterey County Deputy District Attorney)

  • Understanding generational differences in work ethic

  • Exploring HR's role in minimizing ethical conflicts

The exact date and location will be released shortly. This workshop will be free to attend. Participants are encouraged to make a donation to Set Free Monterey Bay's Career Training & Advancement Program for survivors of human trafficking.
